What?

This free service supports the submission and the online follow-up of all documents mentioned hereafter (for container transport):
  • EX (MRNs of export documents – ECS system)
  • T2L (T2L documents)
  • COA (T2LF documents)
NOTE The law doesn't currently allow for MRNs of NCTS (T1) documents and documents other than the ones mentioned above to be submitted electronically.

Which data?

Submitting the following data is compulsory:
  • Container number
  • Type of document
  • MRN
  • Office of departure
Other information can/may be provided optionally.

When?

The above-mentioned data can already be provided before arrival of the container on the terminal, via the eBalie platform. The data input needs be done ultimately before the actual shipment.

The eBalie service is valid for the following PSA terminals:
  • Europa Terminal (869) - Antwerp
  • Noordzee Terminal (913) - Antwerp
  • Deurganck Terminal (1742) - Antwerp
  • Churchill Terminal (420) - Antwerp
  • MSC Home Terminal (730) – Antwerp
  • CHZ Terminal (206) – Zeebrugge
