Electronic Reporting Services
What?
- This free service in ePortal offers the possibility to consult various basic reports. Reporting can be selected in various formats (MS Excel, TIFF, MS Word, etc.) and can be sent to your mailbox in PDF-format.
- All reports can be personalized to the specific needs of the end user by defining several parameters (full, empty, export, import, etc.).
Which data?
- Stack-list Full Containers (LCT162) gives an overview of all full containers on terminal.
- Discharge vessel (LCT178) gives an overview of all containers discharged from vessel, indicating the following information:
- seal,
- IMDG,
- damage code.
- Status Import Containers (LCT194) gives an overview of the status (OK/BD) of all containers discharged from vessel with a detailed description of the damage codes.
- Daily moves (LCT209) gives an overview of all container moves for a specific time period (configurable by end user). This list includes the following container moves:
- FULL IN,
- FULL OUT,
- EMPTY IN,
- EMPTY OUT,
- STRIPPING,
- STUFFING,
- empty containers of which CSC has expired.
- Loaded on vessel (LCT219) gives an overview of all containers loaded on vessel, indicating the following information:
- seal,
- IMDG.
- Stock empty containers (LCT261) gives an overview of all empty containers on terminal. This list includes following data per type of container:
- reserved containers,
- blocked containers.
- Dangerous goods on quay (LCT440) gives an overview of all containers with IMDG indication on terminal.
- Final Load List (LCT769) gives an overview of all loaded containers on vessel, by POD, with indication of following information:
- SPOD,
- seal,
- IMDG,
- temperature,
- permission.
