What?
Your interactive gateway to electronic data exchange with PSA terminals in Antwerp and Zeebrugge.
Functionalities?
- Container tracking and tracing:
- Search last container moves
- Search detailed container history (only for shipping agents)
- Order management:
- Create / consult bookings (full in, empty out and empty in)
- Create / consult releases (full out)
- Consult general information:
- Vessel calls
- Electronic Interchange Reports (EIR)
- Codes (location, damage & ISO codes & IMDG labels)
- Electronic delivery / consultation of custom documents (eBalie)
- Create truck visits (TAMS)
NOTE Some functionalities will only be granted after signing an ePortal covenant and / or covenant for release of containers.
How to use/register?
If you want to use ePortal, you have to take the folowing steps:
- Log on to https://eportal.psa-antwerp.be.
- For new users:
- Request a login (user account and password) .
- In accordance with covenant, respective functionalities will be granted.
- For registered users:
- Log in with personal user account and password.
NOTE Some functionalities will only be granted after signing an ePortal covenant and/of covenant for release of containers.
Cost?
The use of ePortal is free of charge.
Target group?
Anyone who exchanges data with PSA Antwerp or PSA Zeebrugge.
