Pre-announcement barges
What?
- The Barge Traffic System (or BTS) can be fed manually or electronically by the barge companies. The pre-announced sailing schedules of all parties concerned can be aligned to each other.
- BTS is directly linked (M2M) to the planning platform of CBPA (Central Barge Planning PSA Antwerp).
- A handling request via BTS will receive a BTS-ID for every visit on each terminal. In case of an electronic term request in BTS (instead of manual request) the BTS-ID can also be returned to you electronically. This avoids manual input errors when sending COPINO messages.
- When closing the planning, it will be sent automatically to BTS, which guarantees a quick and correct feedback to the barge company.

How to use/register?
- If you want to use BTS, you have to take the following steps:
- Log on to http://www.pcsp.be (Port Community Services Portal) & then click through via BTS
- For new users:
- Request a login (user account and password)
- For registered users:
- Log in using your personal user account and password
