What?
At all PSA Antwerp and PSA Zeebrugge container terminals, PSA Antwerp Balie offers the possibility to the parties concerned, especially to the principal, to upload customs documents and other documents electronically. This allows the authorised carrier to pick up the documents.
How to retrieve documents?
Truck drivers can retrieve the necessary documents at the respective quays at a kiosk before loading.
Other parties concerned have to announce at the respective customs desks.
Cost?
This service will be charged according to a contract that will be concluded between interested parties and PSA Antwerp Balie.
