The PSA Antwerp Claims and Risk department handles all claims and insurance activities for PSA Antwerp and its related companies in Belgium and assists in projects to Euromed and Americas
As officer Claims and Risk , you will administer the technical management of the insurance policies (both global package and local policies), which includes the management of all premiums/notifications of insured objects and verification of premium invoices , notification of claims , monthly reporting and administration of all relevant cover notes and notification.
You will register and handle the liability, customs and recovery claims and work closely both within the Insurance department as well as members of others departments in the organization.
This position will report to the Claims and Insurance Manager with occasional reporting to a team manager on a project basis.
Education: Bachelor or Master degree, with preference in Insurance, Legal or Logistics
Experience: Experienced in administration, relevant experience in Insurance and Claims is a plus
Proficient in MS Office applications ( Excel, Word , PowerPoint )
Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Organized, with initiative and excellent analytical skills
Be independent yet a team player, meticulous and result oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
