Regional Key Account Manager



  • You will be responsible for the management of the existing key PSA Cargo Solutions customers - these are cargo owners, freight forwarders, logistics service providers with an international presence. You will build up long-term relationships with these customers on the regional/HQ level and act as the first point of contact from the PSA side. 
  • Thanks to your account oversight, you will develop a customer plan to unlock the full potential of every customer - generating new Cargo Solutions leads for the relevant Business Units.
  • You will work with the Cargo Solutions Managers in the Business Units to set up and execute Cargo Solutions products and/or services that accommodate the needs of your customers. In the Key Account approach, driving innovation together with our customers is key to generate continuous, long-term value.    
  • Thanks to your strong commercial savviness, you will further develop the PSA Cargo Solutions customer portfolio.  






  • Master's degree or equivalent through experience.          
  • Minimum of 8 years of commercial and/or business development experience in the maritime, logistics and/or supply chain sector.
  • Proven experience to build long-standing and strong relationships with key customers. Enjoy meeting people and being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the various interactions amongst functional areas in shipping, terminals and logistics.    

Skills and competencies

  • Passionate and high-energy individual, motivated and pro-active self-starter that enjoys challenges.         
  • Entrepreneurial result-driven mindset with pro-active personality.            
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.     
  • Proficiency in English. Dutch, French and/or German are a plus.  
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
