Terminal activities
- Christmas: the terminal activities will stop on Sunday 24 December 2023 from 13.30hrs until Monday 25 December 2023 at 14.00hrs.
- New Year's Eve: the same principle will be used for the New Year's Eve, i.e. the terminal activities will stop on Sunday 31 December 2023 from 13.30hrs until Monday 1 January 2024 at 14.00hrs.
We also have to inform you that the gangs for the shifts of respectively Monday 25 December 2023 from 14.00hrs until Tuesday 26 December 2023 at 05.45hrs and Monday 1 January 2024 from 14.00hrs until Tuesday 2 January 2024 at 05.45hrs are based on a system of willingness to work. Nevertheless we will do our utmost to fill in the gangs requested by you for vessels within berth window.
The above-mentioned is applicable for vessel operations and barge operations (the latter only for customers enjoying the 24/7 rule).
Gate & Rail and CFS
Gate & Rail:
- Christmas: As far as barge handling (for customers not enjoying the 24/7 rule) and receiving/delivery operations via gate and rail are concerned, activities will stop on Friday 22 December 2023 from 21.30hrs until Tuesday 26 December 2023 at 06.00hrs.
- New Year's Eve: barge (for customers not enjoying the 24/7 rule), gate and rail activities will stop on Friday 29 December 2023 at 21.30hrs until Tuesday 2 January 2024 at 06.00hrs.
CFS:
- Christmas: CFS activities will stop on Friday 22 December 2023 at 15.30hrs and will resume on Tuesday 26 December 2023 at 08.00hrs.
- New Year's Eve: CFS activities will stop on Friday 29 December 2023 at 15.30hrs and will resume on Tuesday 2 January 2024 at 08.00hrs.
Remarks for the trucks:
For truckers who have access to the night shift:
- Christmas: gate activities will be stopped at 05.30hrs on Saturday 23 December 2023 until 06.00hrs on Tuesday 26 December 2023.
- New Year's Eve: the same principle will be applied for New Year's Eve, i.e. gate activities will be stopped at 05.30hrs on Saturday 30 December 2023 until 06.00hrs on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
