Vessel

PRE-REGISTRATION

With IFTSAI, you can digitally pre-register vessel visits, allowing containers to be booked on a specific vessel

LOADING & DISCHARGING LISTS

Agencies and shipping lines can send their loading and unloading lists via EDI (COPRAR). After loading/unloading, feedback on these movements can be sent (COARRI). This feedback can be sent either after closing a visit (Event Triggered) or periodically (Time Triggered).

VESSEL OVERVIEW

Through ePortal, you can request an overview of all vessels calling at our terminals.

SCHEDULED REQUESTS & BARGE VISITS

For container handling on inland waterways in the Port of Antwerp, barge operators are required to create scheduled requests in BTS (Barge Traffic System), an application of Port of Antwerp-Bruges. BTS then connects this information to the Terminal Operating System, which generates barge visits.

LOADING & DISCHARGING LISTS

Subsequently, barge operators can send loading and unloading lists electronically (COPINO) or interactively (via ePortal). After submitting the loading/unloading list, an error report can be provided. Once the barge operation is completed, the relevant reports are sent (CODECO).

BARGE STATUS

Through ePortal, barge operators can request an overview of their own barges calling at our various terminals and check the status of pre-registrations.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS & CHECKING ORDERS

With TAMS (Truck Appointment Management System), you can book an appointment with a terminal and check the status of your order through the pre-registration process. (Order recognized, Commercial release CPu present, Container blocked for scanning, Container at terminal).

If your appointment is linked to a time slot, you will receive a TAR (Truck Appointment Reference). By using TAMS, we ensure a better distribution of visits and shorter waiting times at the gates.
For properly registered truck visits, processing times are reduced. Validating the registration details in the pre-check and only sending trucks with an 'OK' TAR status to the terminal helps avoid incorrect cargo.

MONITOR TRUCK VISITS

Through TAMS, you can monitor the progress of truck visits in the web application. Details of each visit remain available for retrieval. Interchanges (EIR) can be automatically sent or requested.

CREATE AN APPOINTMENT

You can create an appointment via ePortal, OptiTruck, or via an electronic message.

CREATING IMPORT & EXPORT ORDERS

Agencies can create import (COREOR) and export (COPARN) orders via EDI or ePortal (empty out booking, full in booking, empty in reference).

In response to the creation of an order via EDI, an APERAK message can be sent back for confirmation.

IMPORT DOCUMENTS

Import documents can be electronically sent to TUL (Transit Upload System) by the declarant. The carrier can then pick up these documents at the terminal.

EXPORT DOCUMENTS

Export documents are submitted through APCS (Antwerp Port Community System) and are linked to the containers via PSA.

REQUEST CONTAINER DETAILS

ePortal allows you to retrieve detailed information for individual containers. For example, to check the movement on terminal of a specific container.
