Staff & Management get their hands dirty for charity

CSR

3 April 2017 |  At PSA / MPET / ATS, we firmly believe in the social role we have to play within our local community. Over the years, we have provided financial and logistical support to a variety of welfare organizations, championing projects close to the hearts of our people, such as the Belgian Paralympics and the Belgian Cancer Foundation.

As from 2017, we will be focussing mainly on people living in precarious conditions, especially youngsters. In addition to providing financial and material support to charities and local welfare organizations who target youngsters living in poverty, also our staff will roll up their sleeves to really make a difference as a company.

Last week, a number of Senior Managers and staff members of PSA Antwerp, MPET and ATS kicked off the initiative and completely repainted and refurbished a waiting room from the Local Youth Care Initiative in Antwerp. The Youth Service provides support and helps minors to develop into self-reliant young adults.

In addition to the refurbishment works, PSA / MPET / ATS will also donate bicycles & software for computers and perform additional refurbishment works in the premises of the Local Youth Care Initiative at Zurenborg, where homeless youngsters are temporarily accommodated.

Social Responsibility
PSA, MPET and ATS have been supporting local communities for years. We do not only wish to perform an economic role in society, but also a social one. Numerous projects and organizations are dear to us. Since 2017, we chose to really make a difference through a single social goal: supporting and helping children and youngsters in precarious conditions.
